SMPL Skincare was founded from a desire to make the cosmetics industry more transparent, fair and sustainable. Through personal experiences with hormonal fluctuations and skin problems such as eczema, the founders became interested in the care products they used. These often turned out to be full of toxic, hormone-disrupting and irritating substances that not only did little good for the skin, but could even be harmful. Think of microplastics that can enter the bloodstream via the skin, or via the shower drain into our waters. Perfumes, which dry out and age the skin, are also increasingly contributing to skin allergies. SMPL Skincare believes that the right, natural products make a difference for both the skin and the world around us. That is why their products do not contain parabens, synthetic ingredients, microplastics, mineral oils, SLS or harmful preservatives. Their approach is simple: no nonsense, only the good stuff.
